• Account: email address and identifier, required to create an account. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Your campaign content: texts, sheets and images you create or upload. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• AI assistant connections: keys and authorizations you create, last use date and originating IP address. Legal basis: performance of the contract and service security (legitimate interest).
• Technical logs: IP address and tool calls (name, duration, volume). Legal basis: service security (legitimate interest).
• Billing: handled by our payment provider, which sends us your subscription status. Legal basis: performance of the contract and accounting obligations.

Recipients

Our providers for authentication, hosting and database, network and file storage, caching, payment, and text indexing for search within your content. Some are established in the United States: transfers rely on the Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, available on request.

Retention

• Account, campaigns and connections: until you delete your account.
• Backups: thirty days.
• Technical logs: three months.
• Invoices: statutory period, held by the payment provider.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, on request at [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority.

Cookies

The application only uses necessary cookies: login session and interface preferences (language, sidebar). The dunjn.io website sets none.
